Keicher Payne, Licensed Massage Therapist
and Founder of Everyday Zen Relaxation Studio

keicher Keicher has been a massage therapist since 2002 and has advanced training in many types of massage including Shiatsu and Deep Tissue. Her favorite types of massage to give and receive are Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release. She came up with the name Everyday Zen Relaxation Studio while studying Zen Buddhism in Los Angeles. She realized that her mission is to help people feel 'Zen' everyday. While Zen refers specifically to a mediation style, it's Zen’s calm, surrender and well-being to which she mostly aspires. She believes that creating balance in the mind, body and spirit helps people achieve this feeling of 'Zen' and allows them to realize their potential. The term 'relaxation studio was chosen because she sees relaxation as an art form that takes us to a higher level of consciousness. Like art creation, she believes that creating a relaxing experience requires technique and passion. So she uses everything from aromatherapy, music and tea, to oil selection, deep breathing and guided meditations to help create a profoundly relaxing experience in the studio. For fun, Keicher enjoys travel, running, hiking, cooking, reading and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Amy Gibbs, Licensed Esthetician

round From very early on, it has been instilled in Amy that touch is vital in our development as well-rounded individuals. One of her fondest memories as a child, was to fall asleep, while her mother gently rubbed her back. She would awaken calm and bright as a button! As an adult, she has discovered that it is too easy to forsake her own needs as she goes about the daily rituals which include service. To combat the rat race mentality, she have found the most effective way, is to pull back, slow down and BREATHE. To help, Amy receives regular massage, practice yoga and garden with a big floppy hat. This keeps her quiet and centered. The most valuable attribute Amy has gained in nearly ten years of practicing skin care, is the ability to hold space while remaining present. Amy feels that this allows her to listen to her patrons words and body, with her heart and mind. By doing this, she is able to create an effective and dynamic environment. During treatments, she is able to access the wide range of training that she have received over the years. Amy has received clinical esthetics training from the Dermal Institute and Burke Williams. She also implements Reiki, Marma Point therapy and Polarity work. She has found that energy work is instrumental in revitalizing the whole person.
