Your Everyday Zen Relaxation Studio team is a group of professionals trained to provide you the highest quality of care to help you be at your best. We want our space to be the sanctuary where you surrender your body, mind and spirit and release the pressures that gnaw away at your inner glow.

Depending on the program in which you've enrolled, each month you'll receive a service or treatment at our low membership rate and receive additional service or treatments at a significant discount. All Membership Terms are for 12 months. Choose one of two different Memberships:
Studio Massage and Facial Membership saves you 15% on your favorite massage or skin therapy. You choose your favorite massage or facial and have the Membership price auto-debited from your bank account each month. The billing and service will auto-renew at the end of 12 months. Come in to have that service done and enjoy a 20% discount on all of your additional massages and facials throughout the month. Membership price does not include gratuity for your therapist. Your Everyday Zen Relaxation Studio Massage or Facial Membership also entitles you to 20% savings on your waxing services and gives you automatic enrollment into our Loyalty/Rewards program. Waxing Membership saves you 15% on your favorite waxing treatment. You choose your favorite waxing service and have its Membership price auto-debited from your bank account each month. The billing and service will auto-renew at the end of 12 months. Come in to have that service done and enjoy a 15% discount on all of your additional waxing treatments throughout the month. Your Waxing Membership also entitles you to 15% savings on your massages and facial services and gives you automatic enrollment into our Loyalty/Rewards program. See Rewards Program for details.

If your membership is active and current, you may bring in a guest for a massage or facial at your low monthly membership fee. You are welcome to bring in as many new guests as you like, however, you may bring in the same guest no more than once at that same great price.

- Your credit information is kept secure. Our booking engine and payment processors are handled by Gramercy One, who comprehensively understands the security needs of cloud-based platforms and therefore ensures the our platform is PCI-DSS Level 1 audited. SAS70 certified hosting facilities at Rackspace are combined with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to the deliver security levels normally associated with online-banking.
Expiring Services
All services expire 3 months after which they've been paid. Pre-paid Membership services expire three months after the end of the last billing cycle.
Freezing your membership
You are welcome to freeze your membership when circumstances beyond your control find their way into your life. An example of these may be illness, military leave or temporary relocation. Please notify us at least two weeks in advance, in writing, if you need to freeze your membership. If you freeze your membership, you may not use your membership benefits or accrued pre-paid services for the duration of the freeze period. A minimum of one membership payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen. You may freeze your membership for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of half of your original membership term. Memberships may be unfrozen at any time at least 30 days after the start of the freeze or will automatically recommence on the pre-determined freeze end date. At the end of the membership freeze term, your membership contribution will continue with your next scheduled electronic funds transfer date. Your membership expiration date will be extended by the amount of time that your membership was frozen. Terms, conditions, rules and regulations of the original Membership Agreement continue to apply through the extended membership term.
Cancellation during initial term
You may cancel your Membership Agreement after the first 90 days of your membership for any reason with a 30-day advance written notice. Once you have been approved for cancellation you will be relieved from making payment for Membership participation.
